Susan Whittaker, associate agent, has been in the insurance industry for the last 30 years. Susan specializes in writing personal lines. Outside of the office she is a wife and mother to two beautiful daughters and five grandchildren.

Danielle Etchberger is new to the insurance industry. Her five years of experience as a receptionist and in the customer service field makes her a valuable asset to the agency and to our clients. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Rene has worked in the insurance industry for 20 years, focusing on auto-home. She executes the highest level of customer and exceeds customers' expectations by delivering a quality and professional experience. She's a native of Virginia. During her off time, she enjoys going on hikes. When she's not enjoying the fresh outdoors, you can find her curled up with a good book. A fun fact about Renee is her passion for animals. She has a pet at home that she loves caring for, and she enjoys volunteering at animal rescue organizations whenever she can!

Most recently he was Vice President of Underwriting at Bollinger, Inc. Over the years John has gained a wealth of knowledge in the Health Insurance marketplace. In his personal time, John enjoys fishing in both salt water and fresh water. But most importantly, he loves spending time with family and his granddaughter.
